I'm glad to see you doing your research. The make money online world is full of scams and it can be damn near impossible to find the products that actually work in teaching you how to make money.
If you are new to making money online, Paid To Click sites are one of the fastest ways to start earning income online. The problem is that they rarely pay enough to be worth your trouble.
But if you want to get your feet wet with cryptocurrencies, there are several PTC sites and so-called crypto faucets that allow you to earn cryptos daily.
The dollar value of the cryptocurrencies is minimal, but the idea is often that cryptocurrencies have a chance of increasing significantly in value over time. They are also nearly untraceable so some people might have the interest to acquire them for that reason.
My site is about teaching people ways to earn significant income online, so the question is if Crypto-Clix can achieve that. Read on to find out!
Before we continue, it's worth mentioning that I'm not affiliated with Crypto-Clix in any way. I'm writing this review just to give my opinion if it's a reasonable way to earn income online.

Crypto-Clix seems to be one of the legit PTC sites with a good reputation, so I would definitely not call them a scam.
But I can't really recommend Crypto-Clix as a business opportunity as the earning potential with PTC sites is minimal.

What Is Crypto-Clix
Crypto-Clix (not a referral link) is a Paid to click or PTC site that pays its rewards in cryptocurrencies. The site has been online since 31st December 2018 and it has almost 50 000 members and they have paid out over $7000 in dollar value.
Crypto-Clix is running on EvolutionScript, which is a very commonly used PTC site software platform. Many EvolutionScript based sites offer similar features and layouts as the service seems to offer basically a business in a box that you just customize.
If you are new to how PTC site work, it's pretty simple. Users get paid for clicking ads and visiting sponsored websites and advertisers can get their ads and website displayed. The site takes a small share of the money the advertisers pay and the rest goes to the users based on their activity.
This creates a win-win situation for all counterparts but since the visitors are there to get paid, they aren't usually really interested in the content of the ads. So advertisers aren't willing to pay that much for traffic that doesn't convert. So not really a win-win after all...
Crypto-Clix offers members several ways to earn:

You can earn up to $0.04 per click and up to $0.02 per referral click. They also offer a typical rented referral system. Rented referrals are people that haven't been referred by anyone, you can rent them for yourself to get bonuses on your revenue and earn commissions from their revenues.

- Detailed statistic of you campaigns.
People Behind Crypto-Clix
When I review a company, service or a product, I like to check the people behind it because it gives a good grasp of the legitimacy of the company. You know, if they are educated professionals or people with previous scams or shady businesses.
Most PTC sites that I've reviewed don't have any information about the creators. I suspect this is because people are running these PTC sites as side gigs and don't want their identity associated with the PTC site for one reason or another.
So who are the creators or founders of Crypto-Clix? Well, the Admins name is Martines. That's all the info there is about him (assuming he's a man).
The domain registrar information is protected but it seems that it's registered in Slovakia.
I do understand the need to protect your identity online. Identity theft is a real thing and there are some crazy people out there you might not want to give your personal details to. So this might be one reason they decide to stay anonymous.
How Crypto-Clix Works?
To use Crypto-Clix you just create a free account and you are ready to start earning. The basic way you can earn money with PTC sites is by clicking ads.
You just click on an ad and it will take you to a target website. There will be a counter, usually a few seconds to a minute and then you need to solve a simple captcha to earn the payment. Simple as that.
In Crypto-Clix there is also a ClixGrid copy, a game of fortune and different kinds of offerwalls. They also offer you the possibility to mine Bitcoin through a service called Minergate.
The service is pretty easy to figure out, so I'm not going to go into more detail. Try it out yourself if you are interested. I shot this short video, that shows how the service looks like on the inside:
Is Crypto-Clix A Scam?
So is Crypto-Clix legit, or is it a scam? Crypto-Clix definitely doesn't seem to be a scam. It's been around for over a year, so there's quite a bit of user data that proves they are paying the earning to the users.
Crypto-Clicks is running EvolutionScript and they have a legal license. You'd be surprised how many clone PTC sites are actually running on pirated licenses. So this is definitely another sign that Crypto-Clix is legit.
Crypto-Clix is just another EvoultionScript PTC site, they've just chosen to payout mainly in crypto. When you think about how the business model works, it would actually be a fairly poor platform for running a scam.
Scammers typically take your money and offer empty promises. With PTC sites the members don't have to pay to participate and the site won't get any money from advertisers unless they can send traffic and clicks to their ads.
So the site owners are dependent on the advertisers and the members. If they take the advertisers money and don't deliver, they will lose reputation immediately.
Then there's the fact that Crypto-Clix has a 4.7 rating out of 5.0 at FoxyRating. And that's with 284 comments so I'd say that's a fairly good sampling.
The one-star ratings seem to mainly concern confusion with site rules. Simply put, people get banned because they didn't read or obey the rules. The admin is actually very active and seems to answer people's concerns, so that's definitely a plus.
So if you absolutely want to use a PTC site to get small amounts of income, Crypto-Clix is definitely one of the legit ones. All that said, I can't really recommend Crypto-Clix as a business opportunity.
The fact is that you can earn very little with PTC sites. The income potential is simply too small. You earn a few cents per click of an ad. If you work efficiently, you can earn a dollar or two / hour.
The best way to earn with these systems would be by referring lots of people but I honestly can't recommend that either, because the added value to the users and the advertisers is just simply put small.
I prefer to invest my time in something more worthwhile that has the possibility to offer full-time income and more.
What I Recommend Instead
So what do I recommend instead of PTC site to earn income online? Well, my #1 recommendation is affiliate marketing.
Or more precisely my recommendation is to start a niche website of your own. It's up to you how you want to monetize it, but I definitely think affiliate marketing is one of the best ways.
The trick is that you have to create enough unique content these days. It takes time to gain authority ad traffic so I definitely don't recommend this as a short term income source.
But your own website/websites that get organic traffic from Google are an asset that have the potential to achieve financial independence much faster than having a savings account or investing for example.
There are people who have made websites that produce $50,000/year within their first year. But typically it takes longer to get to those levels. It's up to you really and how hard you are willing to work.
So let's say you have a website that receives daily traffic, how do you monetize it? With Google ads? By selling your own services? By running a webstore? I don't recommend any of those, I recommend affiliate marketing.
This is because affiliate marketing doesn't involve any manual actions from yourself. This allows you to "set and forget" your content and your links. This way your website will work for your 24/7.
I know, I know, you probably think the competition is too tough, that you don't have the skills or that you can't write quality content. None of those are true. With the right training, you can learn these skills.
The competition is tougher than in the past, yes, but on the other hand, there are more users on the Internet then never. Google also prefers quality content over anything else. This gives the chance for new sites to compete with authority sites that have tons of backlinks as links are losing their potency consistently.

Crypto-Clix is yet another EvolutionScript based PTC site but it has plenty of proof that it's a legit service. Unfortunately, the earning potential isn't any higher than with similar PTC sites.
That's why I can't really recommend it as a business opportunity. If you want to make real money online, I recommend you start your own website / online business.
It takes time to get income from your business so I recommend you find another source of income. I.e. a job or online work from places like Textbroker or Appen.
But if you start right away and work consistently on your online business, you might achieve financial freedom in a couple of years. So think ahead.

PTC sites all seem to be very similar. The most common theme is that they’re just not worth the time and effort they require because the earning potential is too low. I wonder if there are countries where this payout schedule can work?
I think you are right Bob, the earning potential is simply too low if you live in the Western world. I guess people in third world countries can earn some meaningful income through PTC sites since there seem to be a lot of people using them.
